    Hi everybody!
My students and the students of my colleagues Tetiana Pikush and Tetiana Savchenko are working at their final projects.
We are planning to post  links to them next week.
What do you think of having a wrapping up Skype Conference at the end of May?
May, 25 is fine with us. But we're flexible, and we could have it some other day, too.
This is a photo of a Skype conference we had before with the students from the USA.
The students enjoyed it a lot.
    Keep in touch,
    Nataliya

      • Dear Nataliya,
Sounds perfect. How many students would be participating from your end?
Sahana's students would be participating in the conference. Will share the plan with them.
I am the Principal of the school.
        I will also be there.

      • Dear Uma and Sahana,
We`re looking forward to meeting you and your students.
        My students are really excited.
        Best wishes.
        Tetiana.

      • Hi Uma and Suhana,
We are planning to have 3 teachers (me and my colleagues Tetiana Pikush and Tetiana Savchenko) and our 3 groups of students (35-40 students who have been participating in IEARN Computer Chronicles Circle with your students)

Since we'll have not much time, not all of the students will be able to ask questions. That's why we'd like the students to participate in up to one minute discussion of the possible answers to the questions of the other side, as I wrote in the Plan above.

This is how we see it. When your students ask a question, a 1 minute discussion will start in our 3 groups, then representatives of the 3 groups will give answers.
Then our students will ask a question. Your students will have a 1 minute discussion, then their representatives will answer the question.

It does not matter how many groups of children take part in the discussion. The more students involved, the better since all of them will be able to hear and see the other side and generate ideas.

I have a question. How can we call you during the conference? What is the rule in India for teachers to call each other in the presence of students?
During the conference  you can call us by
        - our first names:  Nataliya, Tetiana and Tetiana
        - or Ms Byzova, Ms Pikush and Ms Savchenko.

        Get in touch,
        Nataliya
      •
      • P.S. Our Principal Mr Safiulin is going to be present at the conference.
        My Skype address is nataliya.byzova
        What is your skype address?

      • Dear Nataliya,
Great to know  that your Principal will be present in the conference.
        Our skype address is mangalam.
We generally address teachers as maa'm.Let us address as Ms Byzova, Ms Pikush,Ms Sahana.
All of us are excited about this interaction.
Remind us if we have anything  more to prepare for the meeting.
        Regards
        Uma and Sahana

        Hi Uma and Sahana,
Our students and teachers are excited about the Conference.
As for the plan and preparation for the meeting, I guess we will be flexible, not too strict about  the time needed for completing the activities.
During the conference the students can announce  and, if needed, post their questions as Skype  comments to avoid accent misunderstanding
Our goal is to get to know each other better and have some fun.)
        See you tomorrow.
        Best,
        Nataliya, Tetiana and Tetiana
      • Dear Nataliya,Tetiana and Tetiana,

I fully agree that students should get to know each other and have some fun.
Looking forward to an interactive session tomorrow.
        Regards
        Uma and Sahana
