Here is a story of a nation written by Ms Pikush's  students
Many countries took part in the creation of the history of Ukraine. One of these countries was the Ottoman Empire. The beginning of the Ukrainian-Turkish relations of world history, obviously, should be attributed to 1621. Sultan Osman II on the eve of the Hotinsky Battle with the Commonwealth invited the sergeant of the Zaporozhye Army to join him. In the case of Ukrainian support, the Ottoman Empire, according to some reports, pledged even to support the initiatives of the Kozak state with its capital in Kiev or Kamenets-Podolsky. Some sources claimed that one of the reasons for the overthrow was that Zaporozhye hetman Yakov Borodavka (Neroda) was the suspicion of his secret relationship, and the researchers of this issue noted that in 1624 the Zaporozhye Army already as semi-states had concluded allied agreement with the Crimean Khanate. It was this Kozak-Crimean agreement that left a significant imprint on the signing of the peace agreements of Hetman Bohdan Khmelnytsky "with this largest vassal of the Ottoman Empire, and also the High Porta in a quarter of a century.

A story of a nation from India

STORY OF A NATION
Alauddin Khilji
India is a land of ancient civilization. India’s social, economic and cultural configurations are the products of long process of regional expansion.
Between 1290and 1320 Indian subcontinent was ruled by a Muslim dynasty known as the Khalji or Khilji dynasty. It was founded by Jalaluddin Khilji, a pious, generous who ruled this dynasty for a period of 6 years. He was murdered by his nephew as well as son in law ALAUDDIN KHILJI for the throne.
Alauddin Khilji was the second most powerful ruler of the Khalji dynasty who ruled the DELHI SULTANATE. He was born as ALI GURSHASP.HE was a brilliant general and a shrewd administrator.
He was the first Turkish Sultan to build an empire in India. During his reign the boundaries the Delhi Sultanate, extended beyond the Vindhyas up to the Deccan and the Sultanate reached the new heights. He raided MALWA and defeated the RAJPUT rulers of RANTHAMBOR and CHITTOR.
The task of the conquest of Deccan had been entrusted by Alauddin to his military commander

MALIK KAFUR. During the last years of his life, Alauddin suffered from an illness and relied on MALIK KAFUR to handle the administration. After his death in 1316, Malik Kafur appointed SHIHABUDDIN, son of Alauddin Khilji and his Hindu wife JHATYAPALI, as a puppet monarch. However his elder son QUTBUDDIN SHAH sized the power shortly after.

Hi Lilia.

Great!
Super presentation!
I love your idea of story telling!

I would like to make it clear. Do our students have to write stories connected with Ottoman Empire from its perceived inception in 1299 to its dissolution in 1922?
It was a  huge country, which "at its height, spanned an area from Hungary in the north to Yemen in the south, and from Algeria in the west to Iraq in the east."? Ukrainian people had constant relations with the Empire.

Or does "A story of a nation' mean that students tell stories that worry them in the history of their own country not necessarily connected with the Ottoman Empire?

Best,
Nataliya

Glad  you appreciated the work @nataliya_byzova . in fact the Ottoman era was a big one. as you mentionned it  ,its extention from ........ was amazing but rather the goal behind the humble presentation is to share  with you  turning points that bridged our country and the Ottomans in authentic, narrative way. the opportunity for us to show our peers, how deeply and profoundly this impact was .
I wish the work could be heart touching , entertaining and  enriching too .  :)
waiting for @barry_kramer 's comments and encouragements too.
